SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The staff here at iM3 Inc do their utmost to make sure your items are packaged correctly and to ensure they arrive safely. If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received or items are damaged in transit, please contact our friendly staff at iM3 on 1 800 664 6348 (Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm PST) within 14 days, and please have your invoice number ready.
Returns:
To see if your order is eligible for return and to begin your return process, please contact us at 1 800 664 6348. We will confirm the elligibility of your item, and if authorized, issue a Return Authorization number.
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase after speaking to a member of the iM3 staff and obtaining an RA #. We will not give a refund or credit if not reported within 14 days, or an RA # was not issued. Items must be unused and all packets sealed.Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a service with a tracking # to confirm your package arrived to us safely.
The RA # must be located in or on your return package to ensure we can track your order.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.IM3 Inc
