INSTRUCTIONS
iM3 CordEze Wristband
Wrap the iM3 CordEze band around the wrist of your dominant hand, inserting the pin through the loop. Pull until the wristband is snug and snap the metal pin into place to secure. Determine the amount of cord slack needed. Hold the handpiece cord between index finger and thumb at that point and, starting from either end of the slot, slide the cord into position pressing down until the cord is under the top flaps.
The slot can be worn on top or bottom of the wrist or arm. To remove the cord, lift the cord near the slot.
iM3 CordEze Adapter
For larger handpiece cords, choose the appropriate size adapter and insert the cord into the adapter slot in the manner described above. You can squeeze the bottom portion of the adapter to widen the slot for easier insertion of the cord. To secure the adapter to the wristband, slide the undercarriage of the adapter onto the wristband slot. To remove, hold the adapter and slide it out of the wristband. The adapter can remain on the cord to reconnect to the wristband quickly and easily.
(Optional) Place non-stick protective barrier tape on the cord and place adapter on the cord over the tape.
Infection Control
Adapters and unpinned wristband can be bagged and autoclaved or disinfected using double wipe method with an intermediate-level disinfectant.
